Marco Mäkinen is a brand strategist, non-fiction author, and workshop facilitator who is committed to helping companies grow. Marco has worked with hundreds of boards, management teams, start-ups, and scale-ups on purpose, vision and brand development. He is convinced that building a purposeful organization is like creating a new religion; it takes will, belief, and a growth mindset.

Juho Nenonen (M.Sc. Economics) is a former professional basketball player, corporate coach, and entrepreneur. Off the basketball court, Nenonen is known as an inspiring speaker and corporate coach who draws from research and his own experiences in diverse teams—as an athlete, university researcher, and entrepreneur.

As a founder, Juho plays a key role in developing the Remote Team Builder program, which effectively trains work communities to enhance psychological safety. These trainings have achieved outstanding results. Juho’s coaching focuses on psychological safety, teamwork, and lifelong learning.
